• About a call: its number from your calls page, and what you expected to happen.
• About connecting: which app you are using (Claude, Claude Code, Cursor, Codex or another) and what it said. The steps for each are in the connect guide.
• About a charge: the date and the pack. A call is charged only when a person answered; the pricing page has the rules.
